Our small group training will not only provide your small group leaders with evidence-based knowledge on teens’ brain and biological development, but we will also work with your small group leaders on re-imaging how to run a small group using practical strategies to integrate the development of a teen to their formation in Christ.

How to deal with crises that may arise.
How to integrate games, multi-sensory strategies, and key questions into small groups that match the development of the certain age group they work with.
