The Incubator
The incubator is a one-on-one intensive, where I work with you for four days.
It is personalized to the needs of you, your ministry, and your church. I will be on-site to help you make real-life practical changes to your youth ministry that reflect the development of a teen.
I will work with you on implementing the unlocking adolescence techniques, and help you create new structures and systems that reflect the development of a teen.
We will work together on your youth ministry schedule, re-arranging your youth space, and walking through every aspect of your youth group night (worship, games, sermon, small group, etc).
The incubator includes the following:
~One on one Unlcoking Adolecense 102 training.
~Personalized re-structuring of your youth ministry.
~Re-organizing, creating, and implementing different systems for your youth ministry.
~2 hours of individual coaching.
~A personalized resource binder.
In addition to the incubator basics, the following can be added on at no extra cost:
~A template for prepping your youth ministry for the entire year (sermons, games, worship, retreats, parent meetings).
~A parent training or a leader training.
~Guest speaker during your youth group.
